Born on San Antonio's West Side, Waca San Antonio Tx is a love letter to birria - slow-cooked, fire-dipped, and dripping with bold Mexican flavor. Every evening we fire up the kitchen on Martin Street, turning out quesabirrias, birriamen, crispy flautas, and inventive street-food creations that keep the neighborhood coming back. We cook with soul, serve with pride, and stay open late because the best flavors hit different after dark.

This place is Truly a Gem! everything on the menu is delicious, you can tell thy really enjoywhat they do! the French Fries are always perfect. the 6 wings we got were sweet chili along with the Egg Rolls were so delicious! the Asada and Al Pastor Tacos are seasoned perfectly and the Birriamen was beyond generously portioned and the Flavor of their birria always satisfies so I get an extra side f Consommé to dip everything in! no shame would order again third time in a week!
